-Due to the nature of natural ingredients, there can be slight variations in color, viscosity and scent of all bases from batch to batch. Payment We gladly accept the following forms of payments: Pay Pal, Visa - Mastercard - American Express Money Orders, Checks (orders will be held until your check clears our bank) Shipping and Handling -Items are shipped within 2-3 business days. -Shipping rates are based on weight and the area being shipped to. -While we pack our orders with care, the shipping carrier can still damage the order. In that event, please inspect all packages at the time of acceptance and should you be missing any products or receive goods damaged in transit, carefully verify the extent of damage and file a claim with the USPS or Fed-Ex. You must retain the original packing materials until a claim is resolved. Contact Buddha Blends™ within 48 hours after you have called the shipping carrier. International Orders - Delivery can be 1-6 weeks to arrive due to customs. If you package is taking longer than you think it should I will be happy to help track it down and figure out a delivery date for you. - You are responsible for customs charges, - Buddha Blends is not responsible for customs delaying your package. Any changes to orders must be made within 24 hours. Additions are accepted. Returns -Products will be replaced or credited in the case of a shipping error on our part or a defect in a product. We will email you a return shipping label. For any reason other than a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, you can return your item(s) for a merchandise credit, or refund, but only if they are unopened, unused, and in their original / unused condition so they can be restocked. In this case, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. There is a 20% restocking fee that will be deducted in order to cover the cost of the original shipping. Damage incurred in shipping requires a claim to shipping carrier (see above) -Claims for error must be made within 7 days of receipt of merchandise Please email us for a return address. Once we receive your return, we will send you the replacement product, authorize a credit, or generate a refund based on your indicated choice. |
